Wash and dry your feet then apply methalayted Spirits between tithe
toes.
Use Baking soda and white vinegar for soaking sneakers:
(composition-acetic bacteria and soluble cellulose) 1cup baking soda/1
cup vinegar, this
will cause a fizzing reaction, leave the sneakers
in this solution for 15 minutes, dry thoroughly before re-using. (if you
do not like the normal smell of
vinegar, purchase an fruit essence infused
product).
Add half a cup of Epsom salt to your foot bath, this leaves them

Freezing shoes/contrary to popular belief,
freezing shoes does not kill bacteria (unless you are able to
flash-freeze) freezing retards the growth of the
bacteria, and while slow down bacterial
reproduction while the shoes are in the freezer, this might help to
fight the smell for 24 hours and a little more,
however when the footwear becomes warm again,
spawning continues.
Nylon stockings can be good filters, fill them
with clean cat litter granules, stuff in your shoes overnight or hang
the filter in the shoe cupboard, this is an
absorbent and effective neutralizer.
Peroxide, add one cup of peroxide to a sneaker or white sock wash,
diluted peroxide is commonly used for cuts, scrapes and sores.
A good idea is to fill a spray bottle with this diluted solution and
spray on your feet after washing.
Purchase some Alum in the spice section of your
super market, mix one teaspoon with one gallon of water, soak your feet
for 30 minutes, rinse with
clear water, dry thoroughly, repeat every four
days.
Radishes, Juice about two dozen radishes, add quarter cup of
Glycerin, pour the solution into a spray cap nozzle bottle, use daily.
Purchase Foot deodorants that contain Zinc Oxide and herbs.
shoe inserts containing Sweet Cedar, freshen shoes .
Bathing feet twice a week in a solution made with a packet of
Domeboro and warm water is a time honored remedy.
